CHÂTEAU PLINCETTE, due to its size which covers 2 hectares (5 acres) to the south of Catusseau, is typical of Pomerol estate, on a soil of gravel and sand.

   Its grape varieties (70 % Merlot - 30 % Cabernet Franc) give, with a good wine-making and aging in oak barrels, a wine showing a light red cherry color with amber tints. The distinguished nose is dominated by notes of red fruits (crushed blackberries), it starts out steady and supple on the palate.
   It is elegant and harmonious and its good structure allows it to be tasted fairly young.
